Wow, that's a terrible story. Cancer's a bitch, and they use seriously strong stuff to fight it, but who could have known she'd react like that? She was probably fine doing whatever then just got her head in a funny spot and lost her equilibrium or something.

I really hope she's okay. Her positive outlook will go a long way. She's a strong woman, and when she beats all this, she'll be even stronger.
