Why MT. left can only be answered by MT. and he aint talking. It should be known that MT joined the stones as a vegetarin and non smoker. When he left he was a herion addict and drinker and smoker. His wife at the time time Rose told him he was the star of the show. She convinced him he could do better with his own band. He tried to save his marriage He got together with Jack Bruce and they did some shows. I think MT thought he would be the next super group. Just like Cream. Unfortunatly he was too far gone in drugs and so was Jack. They did some shows together and they did not work. You can buy these shows at amazon or where ever you buy music. Like Charlie said once I think MT was totally out of it when he left. As far as mick crying because he did one song is crazy. He knew when he signed up he was a guest. And a crasciuos one at that. So if he plays 1 or all I think he is having the time of his life. I read a interview with Mick T when he lived in LA it was Chrismas and he was getting methodone. The nurse said have a nice Chrismas and MT said there is no such thing for a herion addict. This is just interviws I have found on the web. Is it true I can;t say, but maybe this will help people undrestand. He left but there is a reason for it. Until he say's it himself we will get post like this. PS he is still very close to all the Stones.
