Edith Grove is still there as far as I know, Cheyne Walk is nice to pass as well. I'll give it some more thought and get back to you.
When you visit Paris and you dig The Doors, make sure you say hi to Jim. He's buried at the Père Lachaise cemetery, along with Oscar Wilde and a long list of other big names from yesteryear: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/P%C3%A8re_Lachaise_Cemetery
If you're hungry and you want to eat in one of the most overdecorated restaurants on Earth, visit Le Train Bleu in Gare du Lyon (railway station). The food is great too. http://www.le-train-bleu.com/fr/index.php
Then there's the simple joys in life: if you take some bread with you to the park in Paris, the sparrows there will eat it from your hand. I have a pic somewhere in which there's five of them on the palm of my hand, arguing over the crumbs.
