9 days! Seeking Joy!!

So many people are bitching about tickets. I'm not mad at Mick and the boys. No one is holding a gun at us making us buy a six hundred dollar tickets or what ever you are paying. I'm not getting carpet becasue of my trip. I really need new carpet. But I don't care becasue I'm going see The Fucking Rolling Stones. I feel like I"m the luckiest girl in the whole world.

We are talking about my brothers Rolling Stones. The band he loved when Brian Jones was with them. I didn't know that band. (I know that band now because he gave me all his old LP's) Seeing Mick Jagger, Keith Richard, Charlie Watts, & Ron Wood is a religious feeling for me. Their music gives me joy. I can hear my dear mother saying that's sacrilegious.

I'm 53 years old and the day I played my brothers copy of Let it Bleed in 1969 is the day I fell in love with The Greatest Rock and Roll band in the world. I feel blessed that I get to see them again.

My message to the Rolling Stones is in a Dobie Gray song.
