I believe the Edith Grove apartment is still there...
It was the last time I was there which, granted, was a number of years ago.
JF, if you enjoy walking, take the tube (subway) to Sloane Square (District & Circle lines) and walk along King's Road. It's a fabulous shopping street with many great boutiques. Don't forget to stop in front of #430: it's Vivienne Westwood's shop (Sex Pistols connection here). The "clock" that adorns the front of the shop is wild, and the stuff for sale inside equally so.
You'll have to keep on walking to get to Edith Grove, which is past the commercial area. What was once a slum is now located in a VERY pricey area (pricey even by London standards!).
Dunno if you think of Hyde Park as having a Stones connection but it's a nice place to visit also.
In Paris, Jim's grave is not that easy to find at Père Lachaise cemetary, in spite of all the (disgraceful) graffiti. I suggest you buy a plan of the site at the entrance. There are also lots of graves of famous people to be seen besides Jim's and you can easily spent most of a day at the cemetary.
You can also see the house where Jim died. It's located at 17 rue Beautreillis. But don't ring the doorbell to ask to be shown inside!!! I've read that the current occupants are more than totally fed up with Doors fans making that request. LOL!
