Gotta really like that setlist. Wls should be thrilled...first ever airing of "Emotional Rescue?" I'd love to have seen that! Interested to see how that turned out. Glad to see Factory Girl on there as well.
Gotta say, I'm surprised MT is only playing on one song. When they added him to the tour I really thought he was going to have more than just a one-song gig. Would really like to see him lay out on a few more (maybe adding CYHMK or TWFNO), or throw him in their on a big guitar jam on "Street Fighting Man"? Seems like the Glimmers are content to use his name just to sell tickets.
I could do without the guest spots (really, Keith Urban on "Respectable?") and the standard encore warhorses. Damn, try something different, move Brown Sugar into the #2 spot and try something different maybe-Can You See Your Mother Baby would kill, I think.
As far as the ticket sales, I heard the release of the 1,000 seats at $85 yesterday had more to do with them realizing they had some more good seats available once the stage config was set up (which I am told is normal thing to do, day of show). Can't say for sure if it was sold out or not, but some of the pics I saw looked like it was packed pretty good.
Oh well, interesting to see if the setlist evolves. For those of you that are going, hope you have a blast!!
