Now that I answer their 800 line, I got to say, what merger? No wonder they are still losing money, they really haven't merged! They still sell separate Sirius and XM radios, and folks who have both kinds of radios have to have separate accounts for each one! This in turn sometimes leads to upset customers who cancel their service. You think after 5 or so years they would merge their accounts, radios, and even their 800 phone numbers! They still operate as two companies, not a smart business move at all.
