The call center I worked for before was better than this one, but it was still garbage. That is so cool that your working from home, the expenses must be next to nothing, except coffee.. lol..
I am looking for another job, nothing has panned out yet, the one thing that ive noticed people like myself are fed up with the company, i sit right by the supervisor, and I hear all the coachings, you know you what ive noticed, its the same complaints, the supervisor is saying the same thing to each rep with no resolution. And each person is saying the same thing. Its management vs the reps on the phone, vs customers. Like I told my supervisor, we should all be working together. I like their resolution now, dont be straight out with the customer, just put a positive spin on it, and say it this way. Thats resolution. I disagree 99 percent to that statement. People now-a-days want results, honesty, and be real with them, not say it this way, and you dodge a bullet from giving a credit, (which you spent 30 minutes, to dodge by how the company wants you to say it).
As for rollercoasters, man I love them, just that rush feeling, even if my back aches after a great day on them, its well worth it.
As for classic rock... its all good.. and the other rest of the music is all good, but only 10 percent of it..
