I think "Buttons" is one of the most underrated Stones albums. Lots of gems on there. A few years ago, I burned a combined US-UK Buttons. I did the same with "Aftermath". The resulting "Aftermath" is nothing short of sensational, but this improved "Buttons" is pretty damn nice too!

I think TSMR is underrated too. it wasn't nearly the disaster it was made to be at the time. It does have some very nice songs. (Of course, "See What Happens" is completely unlistenable, but it's easily skipped.) Including "We Love You" and "Dandelion" would probably have helped avoid at least some of the criticism.
