I mean when you talk about greatest front-man of all time, but I guess you'd consider him more a solo-artist than part of a band. Also do you mean a front-man who just sings (doesn't play an instrument most of the time?)

Mick is definitely one of the best, but I also love Roger Daltrey. I mean think of the band he was in... he was surrounded by a genius songwriter/guitarist who also sang very well, one of the best bass players of all time, and a maniac drummer who practically stole the whole show. And yet, Roger's powerful voice really cuts through the music, and his tough persona really shined when he performed TOMMY or Behind Blue Eyes, and many other songs.

I like Jim Morrison in short bursts. Love him on The End, but I feel he was a weak-link in the Doors.
