I also think the fact that they add in studio guitars to their live LPs totally, plain out sucks. They must also feel that they don't sound as good live since they do that.

I don't think the Stones have any kind of exclusivity on this. I'm willing to bet that pretty much every band who has put out a live album has done the same. I know for a fact that Skynyrd did it for One More From the Road and I seem to recall reading that the Doors did the same thing for Absolutely Live.
