Let's not forget when people are under extreme stress. It's so easy at times like that!!! I was going away a few weeks ago, had my passport and papers all ready - made sure they were right by the computer so I'd know where to find them in the morning - was leaving around 6.30 a.m. - got to the computer around 5 a.m., must've picked up everything and taken it somewhere else, 'cos I'd lost everything when it was time to leave!! Juggling being a carer and everything else leads to burnout - when I'm running on empty it's not easy juggling everything - sometimes whatever's being juggled doesn't quite land in the right place!!! Could happen to anyone at any age - stress is a 21st century disease.
