I'm so sorry to hear that HR!!! That totally sucks (and thanks for the tips TM). I live in Canada and probably don't have the same pharmacy but could spread the word around here too. I know a lot of people that would be pissed ro hear about that. If they knew of someone stealing drugs and really didn't want anyone to get fired, they should have somehow warned the other workers that in a month or 3, we're doing some tests. Or they could have tested him first. What a bunch of jerks - if they know one dude is stealing, point your finger at him and not the rest. Sounds like its no loss for you anyway to work for pricks like that. Just keep your head up high and you will find another job at some point. But what are you going to tell potential employers why you left. Perhaps your boss can go to bat for you and tell them they had to lay you off or something?
