Of folks that got fired for "Random drug testing" I smoked pot for the first time in easily years and 3 days later my employer gave me a random piss test. Timing is everything. I worked for a major drug store chain. My first real job in 2 years. I was tested for naughtyness upon hire and passed with flying colors. I honestly can't remember the last puff I took prior. It was that long ago.
Turns out a pharmacy tech was suspected of stealing drugs. To make it all legal like, they tested all of us. They got the tech and 2 others, including me. I'm not angry at my previous employers, hell my manager cried when he broke the news to me. But I am pissed at the drug laws.
