That's no guess, it's a fact. Keith said so himself that he was the reason for no tour this year.
Thanks for filling me in on that fact. I hope that Keith works out his problems and can tour again.
Regarding Sue's parents, I'm just amazed that her father started smoking at age 5! I would have thought it was a misprint if you didn't explain. Did he manage the emphysema for 27 years, or did it develop years after quitting? I'm absolutely amazed that he could quit, as he clearly could not have remembered life without smoking (at least for the most part!).
