Did he write the political song Mick did with Jeff Beck? BTW how awesome was Jeff Beck?

I doubt Steve Martin had anything to do with the original song that Mick sang on Saturday. I am assuming that Mick wrote that tune on his own. If Steve Martin had been involved I would assume he would have joined him on stage with his banjo.

And speak of the song.... "Tea Party Blues", can there really be any doubt about Mick's true political feelings? Wasn't it interesting that he took a shot at Mitt Romney and not President Obama. Was kind of surprised this tune got lost in many of the favorable reviews that followed Mick's appearance.

Finally, yes Jeff Beck was great was Steve Martin in his cameao. So was Jon Hamm in his own cameao in the opening skit. Great show all around.

I guess Mick is one of these "limousine liberals" Ronnie?
