As far as him looking lifeless, even back in '70 when I first saw him live - and his playing was on fire, he looked lifeless! That's how he always has been. He is just like Bill Wyman up there on stage.

You're correct Keno, of course. The footage from Ladies & Gentlemen bears this out, and he was the same way when I saw him with John Mayall in (I believe) 1993. He's always let his guitar do the talking for him. And I'm happy with that. But I guess it was just that more obvious on that clip because he really doesn't look like he's completely recovered from his illness. At least not to me.

Of course I hope it's just an impression and that he is actually feeling much better.
