Howard Stern was relentlessly sarcastic with MT about quitting the Stones last night. Though Stern also called Taylor a "legend", Stern said things like, (and I am paraphrasing here): "Why did you leave the Stones?... Leaving the Stones, how did you think that was a good career move?" "How'd that career choice work out for you?" "I'll show those Stones! I'll start a solo career." Dano and I agree, (we texted earlier) MT was genuinely annoyed by Stern though he tried not to show it. I thought Stern went too far myself. But "going too far" is a career choice for Stern. So what can you say?... well I'll say it anyway, I thought Howard came off as classless, arrogant, and unbelievably merciless towards a guy whose had some real low points in his life. It came off as more mean than funny imo. Personally, I'm not one to waste more than a couple minutes watching Stern's show. "What's Howard going to say next?" Personally I don't really care. I liked his movie though.
