It's so wonderful to hear from you again Sister Barb, welcome back! I'm so very sorry for your losses, try to just remember all the great times you had with your dad and friends who are gone now, it's the best way to keep going. Don't ever forget those great times! I've learned through Buddhist teachings that thinking about a loved one who has passed on is the best way of keeping them alive, they still live through you that way. I lost my lifetime soul mate one year ago this coming Monday, and I think of her often. She still lives on through me, our kids, and all of her friends and family.... Just remember to only think of the good times you had with them, it does help.
