I've never been a Ringo fan, since the drumming in the Beatles' catalog, sadly, just isn't memorable or an interesting aspect for me. I don't really have a horse in the race.
You and many others it seems - so far anyway, as the Beatles poll in the last several weeks has been on fire, voting numbers wise, doing even better than the other two weekly polls, yet this week the numbers are down big time. I also see that unlike when we voted on this same type of question in the past about favorite instruments played in any one song, most of the songs got at least some votes, yet in this week's poll for drumming, only a handful of songs are getting most of the votes, or any votes. Lots of the songs listed have no votes at all. Let's face it, deep down Ringo might be a loved Beatle, yes, but people never loved him for his drumming skills.
