I feel your pain. It's getting so hard to continue rooting for them. They haven't made the playoffs in a decade and haven't seriously contended for a championship in 15 years. There are some good parts on this team but no great parts. The Bills have no playmakers and I think that should be the #1 priority going into next season. As far as coaching, if you get the right places in piece, it should attract talent (provided they are willing to pony up the money). There are something like 5 Super Bowl winning coaches sitting out this season: Gruden, Shanahan, Holmgren, couple others. Maybe one finds its way to Buffalo.
