Out of Time is one of my favorites but it is probably because I remember what I was doing when it first came out. That's true of all the Stones songs for me so I can't be objective.
It's one of mine too. I'm having quite a bit of fun seeing what songs people dislike that they think everyone else likes.
I don't think that there is anything remotely "objective" about musical tastes. Quite the contrary, music creates a purely emotional response, whether positive or negative. And we sometimes have memories that are strongly associated with a certain piece of music.
In case some people are wondering, that new poster "EOMS Filler Songs" above is an early morning incarnation of yours truly, who showed up only because my morning coffee hadn't yet kicked in. LOL. Sorry about that.
