Thanks to everyone who wished me well with regards to my recent bout with colon cancer...thankfully, early detection saved my life, and from having to go through chemo and radiation...i don't mean to turn this into a health topic message board, but i just want to pass on some advice to all you Gassers because i think enough of you to say this..."ALWAYS CHECK YOUR POOP"....i know it sounds gross, but if you see any hint of blood in your stool, see a doctor...it may be just blood from a hemorroid, but blood from a roid is actually what sent me to the doctor, where they later found i had a tumor in my colon...i'm 44 and like many of you i am "too young" for the usual colonoscopy at 50...i also had no family hisory of colon cancer and i'm notorious for watching what i eat and getting enough fiber in my diet (i do drinks a bit but i gotta have one vice)...checking the poop is what saved me and it could save you too...recently, my tumor was examined and said to be a non-recurring cancer, so hopefully it was a one time deal...thanks again for your support...again forgive me for straying away from a stones' topic, i just want you all to benefit from the advice that saved my life...love and peace
