Yes, I recall that back about 25 or so years ago when I first saw such kinds of meat and tried some. If it only wasn't so damn expensive to buy.
Our wonderful government really fucks with our health allowing farmers to use all of that shit in our foods.

We plant a garden too, only we have to wait till the middle of June here to plant 'cause we have one of the latest average last freeze dates in all of the US - June 10. We've only had 2 nites this year so far where the temp stayed above freezing(and they both occurred in the last 2 weeks).... But the joy of working in the garden is great for the mind in itself, watching that stuff popping up from the ground and then growing so fine. Just don't play the old drinking song "John Barleycorn" if you want to keep growing your food!
Yesterday I asked my doctor about smoking weed and if it was adding to my problems of out of control blood pressure. She flatly said no, unless I was mixing tobacco with it, which of course I don't. But then I asked her what she felt was the bad side to smoking weed. She told me there were only two problems with smoking grass, one was the smoking itself, and she suggested eating it instead. The only other thing wrong is the deadly chemicals that our government and other governments spray on marijuana when they try to wipe it out; as she noted, you never know where it is coming from unless it is home grown, and if it was, then you are safe from that crap (as long as you don't spray anything on it yourself!).
So anyway, tonight I can still feel that damn steak inside me. It now almost feels like indigestion, something I never experience anymore. I only ate two bagels today and only drank water, that was it, and I got indigestion? Damn that piece of meat did a job on me, guess that damn cow got its revenge in the end!
