Ian Stewart

You know, I don't think I've ever really fully appreciated Ian Stewart up until recently. More to the point, I wasn't really hearing what he was doing before. Today I was listening to It's Only Rock n Roll (song) and his piano playing on that song is in fine style. He plays great on every song I hear him in. While Nicky Hopkins may have been the better player (IMO anyways) Stu's playing is just what they need on that boogie-woogie type stuff. R.I.P. Stu!
