You should see the difference between 'green' meat and the regular cheap chops they sell over here. These days the meat I do eat is about half the size of the normal supermarket stuff, and it ways just as much. Structure differs, and cow or pork tastes a whole lot better if the beasts actually had gras and the other porks turd instead of antibiotics and stuff like that.
