I don't believe I have ever had a meat hangover. I probably eat steak about twice a month because of the price of it. I could eat it damn near every day but I know that would be bad for my health.

When I was in just out of high school my Dad and I would bbq steak at least 3 times a week because Mom worked nights and we both enjoyed it so much. Man those were the good old days.
