SV, I now understand how Canadians deal with all that cold weather and snow. lol. I knew of no girls who drank like that down here. 4 or 5 beers tops. I'm impressed by your stamina.
It helps me to eat something, even if a slice of bread to soak up some alcohol, and wait an hour before getting into bed, to prevent a next day hangover. Coffee, water and tylenol clears up any echo of a hangover that might make it through the next morning. I need a minimum of 8 hours sleep too. 10 is even better.
An ounce of prevention...the slice of bread thing actually works. But if anybody knows about hangovers and how to cure them it is Live Flowers. I will have to remember his "cure".
