Hmmmm, let's see here. I think in Canada, you drink da beer first and then da whiskey. At least I do (or did). And Currie does and SW - you are both Canadian right? As a "lady" who grew up in a mining town, my best girlfriends and I could suck back 12 to 15 beer and then have some hard liquor. When I used to do this sort of thing (ahem, every weekend), if I could hic remember, I would drink one glass of water with a headache pill (whatever was available) before going to bed. Didn't always cure me but it sures hell helped big time. Then next day we would head straight to McDonald's for some grease. So there you have it. In my later experiences, smoking a little (or a lot) of grass helped too cause I'd get so bloody fried I'd have to head to bed. I can recall some evenings drinking beer and then adding Tequila - well that's a whole new subject! I know why they call it Tekillya.
