Undercover and the 4rth dimension LOL. Pretty heavy stuff dude. I like this deep thinking at times. I agree to some extent about the songs. Everysong is perfect even the crappy ones because the stones wrote it. This is because of the archetype that they are and the manifest that has been created that you speak of. When you hear a song and you recognize Jaggers vocals, manerisms, demeanor you instantly Identify and not only live vicariously but you KNOW his persona so well and adore those ticks. Same as Keith, and even Ronnie. They represent soemthing so cool most times that even the bad stuff shines becuase of those great elements. When I hear song lets say like Pretty BEat Up for instance. Never been done live, no video ever created. Yet I can envision the whole song in a live setting. Ronnie standing pretty siff head down slighty grooving, Charlie playing the beat, cool red and blue lights, Keith accenting the groove with that infectious riff dooo doo doo do, dooo doo doo do. ANd Jager slinky ing about sway his arms around in a sleazy manner Marked FO rLife he yells. It sthe perfect song. It evokes everythying I love about the Stones.
I must be the only one who really truley digs Back to Zero? I Like it pretty funky stuff. Not too mention I think Winnign Ugly is Fantastic 80s fried blues groove. I like it so much that I think it should have been a sinle off the album would love to hear it live.
