Very, very good! I have never used heavy narcotics to any great extent - though I smoke a lot of pot, which is a whole different thing - but I can very well understand how their use might lead to the prospective, sound, and feel of these songs, as well as those on Sticky Fingers and Exile. This is maybe the most insightful take on this period's Stones sound I have read.
I also agree about Jimmy. His writing remains a bit strident - but is improving - and that he's not always reacted well to criticism. I was also as miffed as 2K Man when he ignored Keno about keeping reviews in the review section. Odder, were the "reviews" of records he doesn't own and so likely has not really heard. Still, I don't wish to see him hammered merclessly and do hope that we can show him a bit more patience.
